I started writing music in high school. The first attempts weren't great, but I did some early material that I'm pretty happy with. An early favorite was "Crawdaddy," a blues song that's always gotten a pretty good reaction.

After a few false starts, I began to get serious about playing guitar in college, and have been playing steadily most of the time since then. Personal issues took me away from my music for a while, but I began to get very serious in the last few years, and I feel better about the music I'm producing than I ever have in the past.
